Pet Policy

Edgewater welcomes your four-legged family members! Your canine children will appreciate the dog park and your feline children will love the views of our private lake, the ponds and all the wildlife.

Our one-time fee is $300 for your first pet and $400 for your second pet. Max 2 allowed $35 pet rent
